Charlie Brown III

Charlie Brown III has a vast experience in the banking industry, starting from their role at Bank One in corporate banking. Charlie then went on to serve as CEO and President at Charlotte State Bank and later as CEO at Englewood Bank and Trust. Charlie also founded and led Insignia Bank as CEO until its successful sale. Charlie subsequently founded and opened Loyal Trust Bank, one of the two banks approved and opened in Georgia in the last decade. Charlie currently serves as CEO and Director at Signature Bank of Georgia. Charlie holds a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University and a diploma from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.
