John Orlandi

John Orlandi has extensive experience in the construction and management sectors, currently serving as Builder/Owner at Signature Construction since March 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing the completion and renovation of an 11,000 sq. ft. project. Prior to this role, Orlandi worked as a Construction Manager at Standard Pacific Homes and Vision Homes, contributing to various successful projects. In the earlier career phase, Orlandi was the Sales/Owner at Quest Media, recognized as a Preferred Vendor by LaQuinta/Baymont Hotels, and held a senior role at Substrate Technologies Incorporated, where management of production processes and supplier relationships was key. Orlandi started in the hospitality industry with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, progressing from Doorman to Front Area Supervisor.
