Damon Varady

Damon Varady is an experienced financial services professional with a robust background in operations, compliance, and supervision. Currently serving as Supervisory Principal at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC since August 2020, Damon previously held the position of Regional Supervision Manager at Advisor Group, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with business and sales practices. Prior experience includes roles as Director Of Operations at IDB Capital Corp and Operations Manager and OSJ at Affinity Investment Services, where management of significant assets under management was pivotal. Damon has also contributed to compliance operations and sales at Affinity Investment Services and Bull & Bear Securities, bringing a wealth of knowledge cultivated from various operational roles since the late 1990s. An alumnus of Rutgers University, Damon holds a B.S. in Political Science.
