Mintu Kumar

Mintu Kumar is the Senior Manager at Signature Global. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy Manager - Legal at RAHEJA DEVELOPERS LTD from January 2017 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for independently handling litigation management involving the Real Estate Act 2016 (RERA), Land & Revenue, Stamp Duty, Arbitration Matters, Dishonour of Cheques, Suits of various nature, Consumer complaints, RTI etc.

Mintu has also worked on preparation of briefs, conferencing with and briefing to senior advocates, attending Court/RERA cases, drafting and vetting of advertisements, petitions, written statements, replications, affidavits, legal notices, miscellaneous applications and suits of various nature. In addition, they have also drafted and vetted contractual documents including collaboration agreements, joint ventures, business development agreements, non-disclosure agreements, apartment buyer agreements, allotment letters, memorandums of understanding, supplemental agreements, agreement to sell, sale deed, lease deed, leave & license agreement, indemnity bonds, power of attorney, affidavits etc.

Mintu has also provided legal support to the customer relation department (CRD) by providing suggestions / guidelines to avoid legal exposure to issues. Mintu has represented the legal department in MRM (Management Review Meeting) and got legal audits done. Furthermore, they have also monitored and followed up promptly issuance of representation to authorities, replies to police complaint, notices received from regulators,

Mintu Kumar graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from S K J Law College in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
