Joanne Brooks

Joanne Brooks is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Signature Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Joanne held the position of Head of HR & Support Services at Scottish Futures Trust from July 2019 to March 2024. Joanne's extensive background includes serving as HR Director at Scott-Moncrieff from November 2008 to May 2019 and Resource Manager at HBOS between April 2007 and October 2008. Earlier in their career, Joanne worked at Royal London from 1992 to 2007, where roles included IT Resource Manager, Training & Development Consultant, and various training and marketing positions. Joanne holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Edinburgh Napier University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
