Michell McDiffett

Michell McDiffett is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Associate Medical Director for Residential Services at Signature Health, Inc. since December 2010, where outpatient and residential psychiatric and primary care services are provided to patients throughout northeast Ohio. In addition to this role, McDiffett holds multiple leadership positions within the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants, including Vice President and Past President, and participates as a committee member in the American Academy of Physician Associates. An academic contributor, McDiffett also works as a Research and Outcomes Coordinator and Assistant Clinical Professor at Lake Erie College and has previously served as a Case Manager and Children Social Worker. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Health Sciences from Cleveland State University, a Physician Assistant Certificate from Cuyahoga Community College, and ongoing studies for a Doctor of Medical Science in Administrative Medicine at the University of Lynchburg, set to conclude in October 2025.
