Teri Fallon

Teri Fallon started working as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Exceptional Living Centers in August 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Clinical Operations at Signature Healthcare starting in March 2012.

Teri Fallon obtained an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Purdue University Northwest from 1992 to 1995. Teri later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from Chamberlain University between 2010 and 2012.
