Eduardo Peixoto has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Eduardo started in 2010 as an Assistant Scientist at the Diabetes Research Institute at the University of Miami, where they were responsible for clinically following up T1DM islet transplant recipients and handling regulatory and IRB reporting. In 2014, they joined MetroWest Medical Center as an Internal Medicine Resident, completing their training in 2017. Since then, Eduardo has worked at Signature Healthcare in various roles, including Primary Care Physician, ACO Associate Medical Director, Provider Safety Coach, and currently serves as the Primary Care Section Chief. Eduardo also briefly served as the Interim Chief of Medicine at Signature Healthcare from February 2020 to August 2020.
