Imane Bentahar

Imane Bentahar is a seasoned Family Physician currently working at Steward Health Care since July 2023. With a robust background in family medicine, Imane has been a Diplomate with The American Board of Family Medicine, Inc. since December 2008, and a member of both the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Massachusetts Academy of Family Physicians since 2005 and 2016, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Family Physician at Compass Medical from September 2015 to August 2023 and as a Specialist Family Medicine practitioner at Mercy from June 2008 to August 2015. Imane also held the position of Medical Director at the Area Substance Abuse Council from July 2012 to July 2015 and was a Family Physician at Mercy Cedar Rapids from October 2008 to July 2015. Education includes earning a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Hoboken University Medical Center and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, both completed between 2005 and 2008.
