Caroline Ballou

Caroline Ballou has experience as a Signature Programs Manager at Signature Leaders and previously worked as a National Leadership Consultant at Chi Omega Fraternity Executive Headquarters. Caroline also held the role of President at Chi Omega Mu Beta chapter while studying at The University of Georgia where Caroline earned a BA in Communication Studies. Additionally, Caroline has experience as a Sales Representative, Recruitment Chair, and Children’s and Family Ministry Fellow. Caroline also gained leadership skills as a Camp Counselor at Athens YMCA. Throughout their various roles, Caroline has demonstrated strong skills in leadership, communication, crisis management, and professional development.
