Cory Dyer

Cory Dyer serves as the Claims Processing Lead at Signature Performance, Inc., since April 2019, where responsibilities include responding to team inquiries, training new team members, and creating internal Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with client specifications. In addition, Cory handles claim escalations and collaborates with clients and department leaders to implement program improvements. Prior experience includes serving as a Veteran Affairs Claims Processor and a Senior Analyst at TPG TeleManagement from June 2015 to 2018. Education includes a High School Diploma obtained from Bryan High School in 2006.
