Monique Ngo-Bonnici is a seasoned professional in labor and employment law with over 17 years of experience. Currently serving as a Neutral at Signature Resolution since May 2022, Monique has effectively settled hundreds of cases, leveraging a pragmatic approach and problem-solving passion. Prior to this role, Monique held multiple prestigious positions at Winston & Strawn LLP, including Chair of the Los Angeles and Silicon Valley Labor & Employment Groups and Partner in the Labor & Employment department, where representation of employers encompassed a wide range of employment issues. Monique earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from UC Hastings College of the Law and holds a Bachelor's degree in communications and Chinese from UC Santa Barbara, with additional studies at Peking University.
