Agustina Moroni

Agustina Moroni has extensive experience in human resources management. Agustina began their career as a trainee at Grupo Arcor in 2003 and progressed to roles such as Human Resources Jr. Manager and Human Resources Sr. Analyst. Agustina then worked at BASF as a Recruitment, Training, and Development Coordinator, moving up to HR Business Consultant roles in various departments. At Pirelli, Agustina held roles as Talent Management Manager and Human Resources Manager for several countries. Agustina'smost recent position was as Head of People Spain at Signaturit. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in recruitment, training, development, and organizational culture.

Agustina Moroni obtained their Bachiller Bilingüe from St. Catherine's Moorlands School in 1998. Agustina then went on to pursue a Law degree at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' in 1999-2000. Following that, they completed their Licenciada in Human Resources at Universidad del Salvador from 2000-2004. Later on, in 2007-2008, they obtained a Diplomatura in Organizational Development from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. Agustina also holds certifications in Delf from Alianza Francesa de Buenos Aires and IB from Bachillerato Internacional, both obtained in 1998.
