Shriti Bhat

Shriti Bhat has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Shriti is currently working at SignDesk as a Business Analyst and Solution Consultant since February 2023. Previously, Shriti worked at Kekkar Infotech & Services from September 2018 to February 2023, where they served as an Operations Manager, overseeing training and development for corporate professionals, interns, and students. Shriti was responsible for analyzing business needs, defining training program scopes, and managing software development projects. Shriti also mentored and managed the performance of trainees and software developers. Prior to that, they worked at NYC Human Resources Administration as a Software Developer from August 2008 to May 2011, and at Semafor Technologies as a Software Developer from June 2008 to May 2011. Shriti started their career at Wipro Technologies as a Programmer from 2005 to 2007. Overall, they have gained extensive experience in business analysis, solution consulting, training and development, and software development.

Shriti Bhat completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Siddaganga Institute Of Technology (Official) in 2005. Shriti then pursued further education by completing specializations in Strategic Leadership and Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota, both through Coursera, during the period of 2019-2020. Recently, in 2021-2022, Shriti Bhat completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Management (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Bangalore.
