Arunn Mohandas

Arunn Mohandas has worked in various roles in different companies since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Trainee Financial Reporter at Digital Nirvana, Inc. where they transcribed financial meeting audios to transcripts at L1 level. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Zoho as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they offered customer support on call, chat and email for application assistance and troubleshooting for Zoho Invoice. Arunn also managed public forums for Zoho Invoice at L1 level and presented product demos as part of pre-sales. Currently, they are working as a Product Specialist at Signeasy where they provide expertise in the E-Signature Platform and handles customer feedback on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Arunn Mohandas completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from KIT-Kalaignarkarunanidhi Institute of Technology between 2012 and 2016. Arunn also attended Riverside Public School from 2002 to 2012.
