Manpreet Singh has been working in the tech industry since 2010. Manpreet began their career as an Intern at Bharti Airtel Limited in 2010. In 2012, they moved to Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a NOC Engineer. In 2013, they joined Dell as a Technical Support Expert where they were responsible for communicating with clients on issues and Front end operations, delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards, helping new members in the team to learn the process, and resolving escalated issues.
