Dominic Spano has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on psychiatric and children's services. Dominic has held various executive positions throughout their career. This includes serving as the Senior Vice President Operations at Signet Health since 2018. Prior to that, they were the President of Glass Health Programs and Regional VP of Operations for MedMark Services, Inc. from 2012 to 2018. Dominic also acted as the Chief Operating Officer at Sunrise Children's Services in 2011. Dominic has experience in leading healthcare technology companies as well, serving as the CEO of MDofficeManager (GIS) from 2009 to 2011. Dominic also held the CEO position at Wellstone Regional Hospital from 2008 to 2009. Earlier in their career, Dominic served in leadership roles at Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare, OUR LADY OF PEACE, JEWISH HOSPITAL, Horizon Mental Health, BON SECOURS - HOLY FAMILY HOSPITAL, and NEWPORT BAY HOSPITAL. Throughout their roles, Dominic has demonstrated capabilities in strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, and establishing successful healthcare programs.

Dominic Spano began their education in 1972 at St. Francis College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Dominic completed this program in 1976. Following their undergraduate studies, Dominic enrolled in postgraduate courses at New York University from 1976 to 1978. During this time, they focused on Business and Healthcare Administration.
