Michelle Hall has a diverse work experience in the field of counseling and mental health. Michelle is currently working as the Executive Director of Behavioral Health at Signet Health. Prior to this, they owned and operated their own counseling practice, Positive Frame of Mind Counseling PLLC, where they provided counseling services for adults, families, and individuals, as well as specialized treatment for children with autism and Asperger's. Michelle has also served as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Supervisor, licensed by the TX State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. Michelle has worked in various therapeutic roles at Hamilton Hospital, Red River Hospital, and Bowie Memorial Hospital, where they conducted group, individual, and family therapy, crisis interventions, and case management. Michelle has also gained experience in the education field as a School Counselor and Testing Coordinator at Megargel ISD. Prior to that, they worked as a Teacher at Wfisd.

Michelle Hall received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from MSU in 1996. Michelle then pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed) degree in General & School Counseling from MSU, which they completed between 2002 and 2005. Additionally, Michelle obtained a Teacher Certification for grades 1-6 from MSU, which they acquired from 2000 to 2002. Recently, they have been working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Clinical Psychology from Walden University, with their doctoral studies starting in 2019. Michelle also holds two additional certifications: they became a Fellow in Thanatology (FT) from the Association of Death Education and Counseling in December 2022, and they obtained a Certified in Thanatology certification from the same institution in January 2017.
