Andy Leismer

Andy Leismer has over 15 years of progressive experience in finance and operational leadership within the retail and wholesale sectors. Currently serving as CFO of Zales and VP of Marketing Finance at Signet Jewelers since December 2018, Andy previously held multiple financial leadership roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, including CFO/Division Vice President for Softlines and Apparel. Prior experience includes key positions at HD Supply, Inc. and a significant tenure at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Buyer in Hardware and Director of Finance. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Michigan State University.
