Caroline Ginolfi

Caroline Ginolfi serves as the Director of Social Media and Strategy at Signet Jewelers since June 2021, bringing extensive experience in social media management. In addition to this role, Caroline is a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle since February 2022 and has been a social media creator for Plant Based Blonde since June 2015. Previous positions include Team Leader at Yoga Home, Health and Wellness Coach at R-Health, Wellness Coordinator & Health Coach at Wellworks For You, and programming for the City of Rockville's Employee Wellness Program. Caroline's career began at ICONA Resorts, where the individual was the Head Beach Club Server. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of Maryland.
