Cliff Donoughe

Cliff Donoughe currently serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Services at Signet Jewelers, focusing on modernizing integration systems to enhance resilience through a cloud-first approach. Prior to this role, Cliff held various positions at Computer Enterprises, Inc., including Partner and Vice President of Distributed Delivery, where responsibilities included developing client solutions and managing distributed delivery across multiple locations. Cliff's experience also encompasses significant roles at Rosetta, Accenture, and the State of Ohio, where contributions included leading IT strategy projects, application modernization efforts, and establishing a Shared Services Center of Excellence. Cliff holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
