Jamie Broadhead

Jamie Broadhead, PHR, currently serves as Sr. Director of Employee Relations, Compliance, and HRBP at Signet Jewelers since February 2015, leading a multi-location HR team that supports over 3,600 retailer locations across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada. Previously, Jamie held various HR roles at Sterling Jewelers from 2006 to 2015, focusing on HR Shared Services and compliance. Jamie's career began at Hydra Carpet Cleaning and included an HR internship at Demag Plastics Group. Jamie has achieved significant cost savings and operational efficiencies throughout a diverse HR career, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and ongoing studies towards a Master of Laws at Texas A&M University.
