Katie Spencer

Katie Spencer serves as the Vice President of Media Relations & Executive Communications at Signet Jewelers since July 2023. Previously, Katie held various roles at CNBC, including Coordinating Producer and Producer, from March 2018 to August 2023. Prior experience includes the position of Sr. Media Relations Manager at AT&T, as well as several roles at CNBC as Field Producer and Segment Producer for Mad Money with Jim Cramer from 2012 to 2016. Additional experience encompasses reporting roles at The Deal LLC and Bloomberg LP, as well as media relations positions at Ketchum and Creative Communications Consultants, Inc. Katie began the career as an intern at CNN. Katie holds a BA in Journalism and History from Emory University and a Master of Science in Broadcast Journalism and Business Journalism from Northwestern University.
