Rob McClellan is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Stores, Contact Center & Jewelry Services Technology at Signet Jewelers, Rob oversees technology initiatives for over 2,700 global retail locations. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer & Consumer Software Engineering at Covetrus, where Rob managed a 150-person team and enhanced revenue for the SmartPak brand, which Rob also led as General Manager. Rob's background encompasses senior positions at Tapestry, Belk, Staples, Bank of America, Fila, and TaylorMade Golf Company, demonstrating a consistent focus on eCommerce and omnichannel strategies.
