Fatima Charbouch

Fatima Charbouch is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Interim Chief People Officer at Signicat since January 2021, following roles as a People Business Partner for Tech and HR Partner for Benelux and DACH regions. Prior to this, Fatima worked at Connectis B.V. from May 2015 to December 2020 in Human Resources, and briefly at Jeugdbescherming Rotterdam Rijnmond as an Algemeen administratief medewerker in 2015. Fatima also held a leadership position as Kaderlid at FNV Bondgenoten from 2011 to 2014. Fatima holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2018 and 2022.
