Kent Gran

Kent Gran is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in Java development and back-end programming. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Signicat since October 2024, Kent previously worked as a Java Consultant at Kvadrat AB and managed a small business, Kent Gran AB. Kent's development expertise is further demonstrated through roles at Bolagsverket, Lantmäteriet, Skatteverket, and Jordbruksverket, focusing on Java development across various projects. Earlier career highlights include positions as a System Developer at MittMedia and as a Shift Leader Navigator at both Companie General Geophysique and Fugro-Geoteam AS, specializing in navigation and data processing. Kent holds an engineering degree in electronics from the University of South-Eastern Norway and has additional educational experience from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway.
