Isa Nordeld

Isa Nordeld has several years of experience in various roles within product management, leadership, and transformation. Currently, they work as a Product Manager & Change Manager Consultant at Signific, where they help organizations improve and grow through a user-centric mindset and data analysis.

Prior to this, Isa served as a Board Member and Board Treasurer at Frisk & Fri Stockholm, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by eating disorders.

Isa has also worked at Svenska institutet för standarder, SIS, where they served as a Change Manager, spearheading the transformation of their approach to digital product development. They also served as a Project Manager, leading a study on SIS's e-commerce platform and identifying business needs and product priorities.

In addition, Isa has experience as a Founder & Business Development Consultant at Digilabbet, where they worked with B2B and B2C SMEs to attain new markets and improve business results. They also worked as a Client Experience & Relationship Manager at Take A Change, a leadership consulting firm.

Isa Nordeld's previous roles also include Customer Experience Manager at Oyama, a mental health startup, and Project Manager at Startup Sweden, a governmental-funded support organization for Swedish tech startups. They also served as Head of Marketing & PR at Sweden Demo Day, a large tech event, and worked as an E-Commerce Manager/Product Manager at Mekina AB, where they developed and launched an e-commerce platform.

Lastly, Isa worked as a Project Manager at Eyeonid Group AB, leading the development of websites and a business blog for their product EyeOnPass.

Isa Nordeld's education history includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management and Economics of Innovation (MEI) from Chalmers University of Technology, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. They also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the same university from 2012 to 2015, with a specialization in Financial Mathematics. In addition, Isa Nordeld has completed a certification in Corporate Social Responsibility from Luleå University of Technology in 2018 and participated in an I-Academy program at Chalmers University of Technology in 2015. They have also pursued further education, earning a certification as an Agile Project Leader from Changemaker Educations in 2021 and completing a course on Managing conflicts in work - challenges and strategies at Stockholm University in 2022.

Alongside their formal education, Isa Nordeld has obtained various certifications. They are a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, having completed this certification in May 2022. They have also earned a certification in Leadership and Emotional Intelligence from the Indian School of Business in April 2020. Furthermore, Isa Nordeld has completed certifications in The Science of Well-Being from Yale University in March 2020 and Transforming Ideas Into Social Ventures from Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship in November 2018. Additionally, they have a certification from the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute in Designing Cradle to Cradle Certified Products for the Circular Economy, obtained sometime in 2018.
