Alan Maesaka

Alan Maesaka is the Managing Senior Counsel for Signify Health. Over the course of his nearly 25-year career with Aetna and now CVS Health, Alan has served in a variety of roles, including leading Aetna’s pharmacy benefit management legal team, and leading legal support for Aetna’s HMO and insurance plan operations in the mid-Atlantic region, Aetna’s health information technology and population health businesses, and the creation of several of Aetna’s joint venture provider health plans. Since the closing of the Aetna transaction, Alan has led the Health Care Services and Delivery legal team supporting an array of payor-agnostic businesses, products, services, and value-based strategies. Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Haverford College and a J.D. in Law from the University of Virginia School of Law.
