Roger Francoline

EVP, Episodes Strategy, Episodes of Care at Signify Health

Roger Francoline is the EVP of Episodes Strategy at Signify Health. Roger has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on product development and management.

Roger began their career in 2001 as the Senior Vice President of the Insurance Group at HealthMarkets. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing health insurance products for the company. Roger then joined Aon in 2005 as the Sr. VP of Healthcare Product. At Aon, Roger oversaw the development and launch of new healthcare products and services.

In 2014, Roger became the COO/CAO of Maas Global Solutions Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's operations, including HR, customer support, datacenter management, and external audits. Roger successfully led the company through a transition from Simi Valley to Henderson, Nevada.

At Signify Health, Roger is responsible for developing and executing the company's strategy for episodes of care. Roger is also a member of the Signify Health executive leadership team.

Roger Francoline graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Roger then attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and earned their Doctor of Law.
