Arkadiusz Błoński

Arkadiusz Błoński has extensive work experience in supply chain management. Arkadiusz is currently working at Signify as the Head of Global Supply Chain (Sr. Director), a role they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they were the Supply Chain Director at Signify, formerly known as Philips Lighting, where they were responsible for the Lamp & Led Electronics Supply Chain in North America. In this role, they drove the company's supply chain strategy and improvement programs, managed a significant inventory and customer service operation, and oversaw operational, tactical, and strategic aspects of the supply chain.

Before joining Signify, Błoński held various positions at Philips Lighting, starting as a Production/Procurement Planner and eventually progressing to the role of Director of Supply Chain Program Management. In their different roles, they were responsible for managing supply chain operations, leading planning teams, and driving supply chain improvements. Arkadiusz also served as a category supply planner, supply chain analyst, and trade goods planner at Amica Wronki S.A.

Arkadiusz Błoński's education history includes obtaining an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Dominican University in 2010 and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Poznan University of Technology from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management at the Higher School of Banking from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nicolaus Copernicus University from 2003 to 2006 and a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from the same university from 2002 to 2007.
