Brian Friborg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brian started their career at Dyrup A/S, managing operations for a leading paint and wood-coatings company. Brian then moved on to Martin Professional, where they held various leadership roles, including President & CEO of the Americas, North America, and the US. During their time at Martin Professional, Brian improved profitability, turned around underperforming operations, and inspired teams to exceed targets. Brian also led European subsidiaries, successfully transitioning them from decline to double-digit profit growth. Brian then joined Harman International, where they earned a series of promotions, eventually serving as Vice President of Global Sales for the Lighting Strategic Business Unit. At Harman International, they facilitated the integration of the former Martin Professional company into the organization. Most recently, Brian worked at 4Wall Entertainment, where they served as the General Manager for the Northeast Region, overseeing all operations, strategy, and growth planning. Currently, they are the Head of Global Sales at Signify, where they lead a 50-person team and provides insight and direction to scale the international sales organization. Overall, Brian has extensive experience in sales, leadership, integration, and growth planning.

Brian Friborg has completed the Wharton Executive Program at the Wharton School, focusing on Leading Organizational Change. Brian also obtained a Diploma in International Marketing & Export (BA equivalent) from the Danish Export Institute. Additionally, Brian holds a Certificate of Professional Development in Business Administration and Management from the Wharton School. Brian has obtained several certifications, including Lean Leadership Training for Executives from Signify in 2021, Lean Foundation Certification from Signify in 2020, and EFQM Model - Foundation Training for Managers from Signify in 2019. Brian has also completed the Kaplan - Norton Balanced Scorecard Certification Boot Camp Training from Palladium Group, Inc., and the NLP Master Practitioner course from InterAction, Copenhagen.
