Their earlier experiences include working as a User Experience Executive at Thomas Cook, where they focused on improving the company's website and providing design work for other departments and markets. Guy-Alexandre also interned as a User Experience and Interaction Design intern at ROLI and held various roles at SEGA Europe Limited, including Senior Customer Support Assistant, Customer Support Assistant, and Software Quality Assurance Tester.

Later, they earned their Master's degree in User Experience Design from Kingston University, which they attended from 2010 to 2012.
