Yomi Ajibade holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law and Technology from Tilburg University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Common Law from the University of Ilorin. Currently serving as the Privacy Officer for IT at Signify since June 2022, Yomi Ajibade focuses on GDPR compliance and conducts Privacy Impact Assessments. Previous roles include serving as a Privacy and Information Security Consultant at EY, where advanced expertise in privacy audits and data protection compliance was demonstrated, and leading a team at filerskeepers on data quality and record retention advisory. Yomi Ajibade has a solid foundation in legal counsel gained through experiences at Chaniel Legal Practitioners and Tunji Abayomi and Co, coupled with proficient legal research skills developed during early career positions. Certifications include CIPP/E, CIPM, and FIP.
