Some key achievements during their time at Boardriders include spearheading the launch of the Boardrider’s Loyalty program, which led to weekly run rate of double-digit revenue and email database growth, and reducing fraudulent transactions and chargeback liabilities effectively below the industry standard.

Prior to their time at Boardriders, Anthony Milano was the Vice President of eCommerce at HUGO BOSS from August 2007 to March 2017. Before that, they were the Associate Marketing Manager at INTERMIX from March 2006 to August 2007.

Anthony Milano's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a Concentration in Entertainment, Media & Technology from NYU Stern School of Business.
