Cassandra joined Signifyd as a Recruiter and progressed to become the Director of Talent Acquisition, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's recruitment strategy, managing the tech stack, conducting headcount planning, shaping employer branding initiatives, analyzing metrics and analytics, and optimizing the recruitment process. Cassandra earned three promotions within a span of six years at signified. Prior to Signifyd, they worked at Qualtrics as a Corporate Recruiter, where they played a vital role in facilitating their hyper-growth by working on recruitment efforts for various departments.

Cassandra Mingus received an Associate's degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho between 2012 and 2013. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University, which they attained between 2014 and 2015.
