Gwen Sparks (Snyder)

Gwen Sparks is the current Head of Global Business Development at Signifyd. Gwen has held this position since June of 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Business Development at Tableau Software from January of 2016 to June of 2022. In that role, they led the Business Development organization for Tableau in the Americas, a team comprised of 60+ Sales Operations professionals. Gwen was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and coaching a team of 60+ BDRs, SDRs, 7 managers and 2 second line leaders across 4 US-based offices. Gwen also developed tactical best practices for supporting and communicating with Field and Inside Account Executives for quality lead development. Additionally, they owned the Business Development internship program, hiring 8 of interns per year and providing them with critical skills training to jumpstart their technology sales careers.

Gwen Sparks (Snyder) has a BS in Business Administration and Management, General from Robert Morris University. Gwen is certified by Tableau Software in Silver Certification and Bronze Certification.

Their manager is Danny Lorenzo, Chief Sales Officer. They are on a team with Matt Lindeman - SVP of Customer Success, Sarah Martin - Head of Enterprise Sales.
