Natalie Roemer is a seasoned professional in customer success and strategic partnerships, currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at Signifyd since December 2022. Previously, Natalie held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at Sovrn, managing strategic initiatives, and served in various roles at Motive Retail and Edison Software, including Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships. Natalie's career began at Return Path, where significant contributions included building and maintaining strategic partnerships and leading a team focused on email marketing optimization. With experience ranging from international account management at MAX Software to business analysis at Thomson Healthcare, Natalie possesses a diverse skill set in consulting, project management, and business optimization. Natalie is also a Fulbright Fellow and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Scripps College.
