Prior experience includes 12 years at Bank of America, where Stephanie held multiple senior leadership positions in Learning and Leadership Development, focusing on program alignment with business needs and performance improvement initiatives. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
