Kishore Das

Kishore Das currently serves as the NGS Scientist-QC Lead at MEDGENOME, overseeing the quality control process for nucleic acid and library inputs in the next-generation sequencing workflow. Prior experience includes a role as NGS Sustain and Support Scientist at Guardant Health, where novel technologies for early detection of minimum residual diseases were improved and validated. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, Kishore developed protocols for nucleic acid extraction and conducted library preparations for various sequencing panels. Earlier positions held at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center involved significant research contributions, including enhancing the immunogenicity of a new tuberculosis vaccine strain and generating stable recombinant Bacillus subtilis spores. Kishore Das began a post-doctoral fellowship at The University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio, focusing on bacterial proteins related to tuberculosis. Kishore Das holds a Doctorate in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from Tezpur University.
