Michael de Kare-Silver is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in digital technology, data analytics, and executive search. As the Founder and Managing Director of Digital Prospects 360 since October 2007, Michael has specialized in recruiting and strategic advisory in the digital sector. Additionally, Michael has served as a Partner at Signium since April 2023. Previously held significant roles include Senior Independent Director at Park Group plc, Executive Chairman of IMImobile, and Chairman of Blis. Michael's earlier career highlights include Managing Director positions at AKQA and Modem Media Digitas, and a tenure as Main Board Director for Argos.co.uk.
