Benny Van Vracem

Benny Van Vracem has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2023. Benny began their career as an ICT Coordinator at Instituut Sint-Carolus from September 2006 to August 2008. From there, they worked as a Support Engineer at Projinit from August 2008 to January 2009. Benny then joined Sepia NV, where they served as a Support/System Engineer from January 2009 to December 2012. Benny later transitioned to the role of a Digital Signage System Engineer at Sepia NV from December 2012 to August 2015.

In 2015, Benny became a Bestuurder at VIGOUR in May and continues in the position to date. Benny concurrently worked at Digilaunch as a Managing Partner from May 2016 to June 2020.

In February 2019, Benny took on the role of a PHP Developer Freelance at Uitgeverij Van In for three months. Benny then joined Be-Mobile as a PHP Backend Developer from September 2019 to March 2023. Benny's most recent position is a PHP Backend Developer at Signpost, starting from April 2023.

Benny Van Vracem completed their education from 2003 to 2006 at Katholieke Hogeschool Sint-Lieven Sint-Niklaas, where they obtained a Professional Bachelor degree in IT, Economics, and Math. In addition to their formal education, Benny has obtained various certifications, including "Learning GitHub Actions" from LinkedIn in January 2021, "Symfony Security" from SymfonyCasts in September 2020, and several certifications related to Symfony from SymfonyCasts.
