Romulo Raquinio Jr.

Romulo Raquinio Jr., CLSSGB, has a strong background in operations and customer success. Romulo is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Sigrid, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Customer Success at Sigrid from September 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Sigrid, Romulo worked at Inform Group Pty Ltd as a Service Delivery & Client Manager from September 2021 to September 2022. Romulo began their career at MicroSourcing in 2018, where they served as an Account Manager (Operations) until September 2021. Romulo also gained experience at Alorica, where they held the positions of Manager from February 2014 to January 2018 and Program Specialist in January 2014.

Romulo Raquinio Jr., CLSSGB, attended the University of the Philippines Los Baños from 2006 to 2007. Romulo then transferred to De La Salle University - Dasmariñas, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Romulo received their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from a private company in November 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from the same institution in September 2020. In September 2019, Romulo acquired their Project Management certification from FranklinCovey. In September 2014, they received the Dell Certified Systems Expert (DCSE) certification from Dell Technologies.
