Connie Horn

Connie Horn has over a decade of work experience in the healthcare industry. Currently, they work as a Practice Director at Lee Health starting in 2022. Before that, they held various positions at SIHF Healthcare, including Regional Vice President starting in November 2016, Operations Director from March 2014 to November 2016, and Health Center Manager from May 2009 to March 2014.

Connie Horn obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Eastern Illinois University.
