Elsa C. Dizon

Elsa Dizon is an experienced membership management professional with a career spanning over two decades in various nonprofit organizations. Currently, Elsa serves as Membership Manager at SIIA since May 2022. Prior to this, Elsa held the position of Manager of Chapter Services at The Associated General Contractors of America from March 2021 to October 2021. From 2012 to 2020, Elsa was the Senior Manager of Membership, Affiliate Relations, and Governance at the National Association for College Admission Counseling, where responsibilities included leading membership recruitment and managing grant programs. Earlier in the career, Elsa worked as a Senior Membership Coordinator at the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries from 2003 to 2012, overseeing membership application processes and annual billing. Elsa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis on Broadcast Journalism from Centro Escolar University.
