Membership and Programs Team

The Membership and Programs Team at SIIA is responsible for managing member relations and developing and executing various programs that enhance member engagement and value. This team coordinates membership onboarding and retention efforts, plans and implements professional certification programs, organizes industry events and conferences, and supports the marketing and promotional activities to grow the association’s membership base and program participation, particularly within the financial information services division (FISD).
