Yessica Q. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Yessica started their career at Konecta Colombia as a Líder de Equipo - Supervisor from 2011 to 2014 before transitioning to a Profesional Gestión del talento humano role until 2016. Yessica then joined OneLink BPO as a Coordinador de calidad from 2016 to 2018, followed by a role as Coordinador de Formación from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as Gerente Calidad at OneLink BPO. Currently, Yessica is working at Siigo as an Excellence Team Leader from 2021 to present, and is also serving as a Customer Success Director Onboarding from 2023 onwards.

Yessica Q. has a degree in Technological Management from Institución Universitaria ITM. Yessica also has a degree in Administrative Management from Instituto Tecnológico Metropolitano. Additionally, they have studied Production from Instituto Tecnológico Metropolitano Medellín, and holds a certification in Internal Audit NTC ISO 2015 from Intertek. Yessica has completed training in Monitored Quality and Assurance at Teleacción, Leadership and Relational Intelligence at Love Marks Empresarial, and language studies up to B1 level at Colombo Americano.
