Joonas Raatikainen

Joonas Raatikainen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Assistant Football Coach for the Finnish American Football Association, focusing on coaching defensive line players and long snappers. In 2013, they played as an Athlete for the Triangle Razorbacks, a successful American football team in Denmark, and also contributed to marketing efforts and coaching junior teams.

From 2015 to 2017, Joonas worked at TEMP-TEAM Finland, initially as a Junior Sales Consultant, where they contacted business executives, arranged meetings, and sold services and solutions. Later, they transitioned to a Junior Recruitment Consultant role, handling the entire recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate assessment, and presenting suitable candidates to customers. Additionally, they sought out new business opportunities and provided consultancy in the human resources field.

In 2017, Joonas joined ManpowerGroup as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in sourcing talents for ICT positions. Joonas continued this role at Experis from 2018 to 2019, where they focused on finding talents using various sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray Search, Github, and Stack Overflow.

Most recently, Joonas has been with Siili Solutions since 2019. Joonas started as a Talent Researcher and later transitioned to the role of Head of Talent in June 2021.

Joonas Raatikainen earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Science from the University of Jyväskylä, where they studied from 2011 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Generative AI, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition from LinkedIn, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner 2020 from A Cloud Guru, Tech Sourcing Certification Course from AmazingHiring Global, Tech Recruiter from SocialTalent, and Black Belt in Internet Recruitment also from SocialTalent. Joonas has also completed the Elements of AI course offered by the University of Helsinki and Reaktor.
