Nea Kolmonen

Nea Kolmonen has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Nea currently holds the position of Marketing & Communications Manager at Youpret since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Siili Solutions as a Client Marketing Lead, where they were responsible for producing videos, customer testimonials, and written stories, as well as updating the website and coordinating new content. Nea also served as the Head of Marketing and Communications (interim) at Siili Solutions. Nea was previously the Head of Marketing at Haallas, where they played a key role in designing the brand, planning communications, and leading the marketing team. Nea also gained experience as the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager at Valamis and as a Marketing Manager at Blancco Technology Group. Additionally, Nea has worked as a Sales Representative at Elisa Oyj and as a Summer Trainee at Osuuspankkikeskus OSK.

Nea Kolmonen completed their Master of Sciences in Economics and Business Administration degree, with a specialization in Marketing, at the University of Eastern Finland from 2001 to 2007. In 2006, they also pursued a brief study in Economics at Università degli Studi di Torino, earning an M.Sc.Econ.
