Lisa de Waal

Lisa de Waal has worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare and business sectors since 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Nursing Assistant/Wijkverpleeghulp at Emile Thuiszorg and as a Servicedesk Medewerker at Guidion. In 2014, they took on the role of Board Member - Abactis at Dispuutgezelschap Nox. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Full Time Board Member - Internal Relations at Financial Study Association Amsterdam, where they were responsible for managing internal affairs, country-wide marketing, training and development of active members, and organization of internal events. In 2016, they were a Research Interne at VUmc. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Werkstudent Healthcare Real Estate at CBRE and a Project Manager at Patient Journey App. In 2018, they were a Head Siilo for Organisations and Market Lead for Ireland and European Associations at Siilo, and a Business Developer at the same company.

Lisa de Waal completed their VWO at Willem de Zwijger College from 2005 to 2011. Lisa then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2013 to 2016. Lisa followed this with a Master of Science in Management, Policy and Entrepreneurship in Health & Life Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2017 to 2018. Finally, they completed their Master of Arts in Personal, Cultural and Social Development from De Bildung Academie in 2019-2020.
