Isabelle Carson is a skilled software engineer with a strong background in computer science and diverse experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Kona, a platform designed for burnout prevention in remote teams, Isabelle has contributed to the company's research by interviewing over 1,000 remote managers since January 2020.
