Isabelle Carson

Isabelle Carson is a skilled software engineer with a strong background in computer science and diverse experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Kona, a platform designed for burnout prevention in remote teams, Isabelle has contributed to the company's research by interviewing over 1,000 remote managers since January 2020. Prior to this role, Isabelle worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon and held multiple positions at Yale University, including Undergraduate Learning Assistant in Data Structures and Programming Techniques and Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Computer Systems Lab. Additional experiences include a Digital Transformation & Technology Internship at Chick-fil-A Corporate and roles in public relations and events management with Kappa Kappa Gamma and the Yale Undergraduate Aerospace Association. Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Yale University.
